Seems to only really happen around 3am EST on one particular channel, no others.
Only issues I ever have is sometimes it will lose everything in the DVR schedule from a certain channel and change everything from that one channel to 37-1. Absolutely love the thing since it lets me record a whole weekend of shows that I'd be missing when I go on a long work shift and spend several days in a row just working and sleeping.
